To answer your question: If you have purchased NoteWorthy Composer 2.0 and have an Authenticity ID from 2018, it generally means you are licensed to use that version. If you want to install a newer version, you would typically need to ensure that your license or Authenticity ID covers upgrades or newer versions beyond 2.0. If NoteWorthy Composer has a policy of providing free updates, then you might be able to use your existing Authenticity ID to activate a newer version. However, if they have moved to a newer model or version that requires a new purchase or additional fee for an upgrade, you would need to adhere to their policies.
I recommend contacting NoteWorthy Composer's customer support directly for detailed assistance regarding your situation and to explore the options available for updating or installing a newer version on your new computer.

Yes, I can help you. To number the measures in NoteWorthy Composer, you can go to the menu bar and select "View" and then "Score Options". In the "Score Options" dialog box, click on the "Numbers" tab and check the box that says "Number measures".
Upgrading to version 2 from version 1.7 of NoteWorthy Composer should not result in losing version 1.7. Please check your computer's file system to see if version 1.7 still exists, or try reinstalling version 1.7 if it is not found.
